Our History
The Palm Bay Villa community was originally completed in 2009. 10 years later the community was destroyed by CAT 5 Hurricane Dorian. The community came together to rebuild from the ground up and construction was completed in 2024.

Palm Bay Villas is an exclusive enclave of nine two-story homes and is a private residential boating and pool community located on the bay adjacent to the Treasure Cay Marina. Walk out your backdoor, board your vessel and you can be in the sea of Abaco in less than 10 minutes or fishing in the Atlantic in less than 30 minutes.
