Adventures in the Abaco Islands
Palm Bay Villas
Developed in 2007 and rebuilt after Hurricane Dorian in 2019, Palm Bay Villas is an exclusive enclave of nine two-story homes. Palm Bay Villas feature the following amenities:
- Temperature controlled swimming pool with covered cabana/kitchen
- Homes feature high ceilings throughout
- Floors: Tile or hardwood throughout
- Porches: Slip resistant ti

- Boat slips: Pressure treated, tropical lumber, decking 2x6, screwed with stainless fittings, all cross members thru-bolted with 1/2 galvanized bolts. Dolphins 1/2 inch diameter. Slips 15 ft wide.
- Exterior Walls: Cement block with hardy board.
- Interior walls: Finished sheet rock
- Ceiling: Finished sheet rock, smooth finish
- Roof: Standing seam metal, white in color
- Windows: Double pane hurricane rated, insulated, white frames
- Exterior doors: Storefront, with transom.
- Water heater: 40-50 gal under stairs
- Garage door: metal with opener
- Sewage/Septic: Community pumping station to municipal facility
- Water closets: elongated white
- Kitchen Sink: stainless
- Kitchen counter top: Solid surface stone, granite
- Kitchen cabinets: Wood white or blue
- Backup Power Generators on all homes
